What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? ▼
Our standard MOQ is 200 sqm. However, we support LCL (Less than Container Load) shipping for trial orders. For OEM custom colors, the MOQ is 500 sqm.
What is the production lead time? ▼
Standard black tiles are usually in stock and can ship within 7 days. Custom EPDM colors and large orders (20ft container) typically take 15-20 days for production.
Can you handle shipping to my country? ▼
Yes, we export to over 40 countries. We offer FOB Qingdao, CIF to your local port, or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your door in select regions (USA, EU, UK, AU).
Do you provide free samples? ▼
Yes, we offer a Free Sample Kit containing tile corners, EPDM color swatches, and roll sections. You only need to cover the express courier cost (DHL/FedEx), which is refundable upon your first bulk order.
Can I put my logo on the products? ▼
Absolutely. We can create a custom mold to emboss your logo directly onto the rubber tiles. We also offer customized carton packaging and label stickers for retail distributors.
What are your payment terms? ▼
Our standard term is 30% T/T deposit to start production, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight for large orders.
How many square meters fit in a 20ft container? ▼
It depends on thickness. For 20mm tiles, a 20ft container holds approx. 600-700 sqm (with pallets). For 15mm, it holds approx. 900 sqm. We optimize loading to save your freight cost.
What is your warranty policy? ▼
We offer a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects (cracking, crumbling, fading) for indoor use. Outdoor usage warranty is 3 years due to UV exposure factors.
Do you have CE and Fire Rating certificates? ▼
Yes, our products are CE certified (EN1177:2018 for Critical Fall Height) and pass SGS fire rating tests (Class Efl and Cfl-s1 available upon request).
What is the HS Code for import duties? ▼
The HS Code for our rubber flooring is usually 40169100. We can help you check the import duty rate for your specific country.
