Our general MOQ is 500 sqm per SKU. However, for trial orders, we can support smaller quantities mixed in one container. We strongly recommend LCL or FCL to save on shipping costs.

Yes, absolutely. We offer two methods: Laser Engraving (low MOQ, high detail) or Mold Embossing (higher MOQ, permanent 3D effect). We also provide custom carton packaging with your brand.
What is the lead time for orders? ▼
For standard black tiles (15-25mm), we have stock ready to ship in 3-5 days. For custom EPDM colors or OEM orders, production takes 15-20 days depending on the quantity.
Do you provide free samples? ▼
Yes! We provide a free sample kit containing our best-selling tiles, rolls, and interlock pieces. You only need to cover the courier shipping fee, which is refunded when you place your first bulk order.
What are your payment terms? ▼
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to start production, and 70% balance before shipping or against BL copy. We also accept L/C for large orders.

We have a 3-step QC process: Raw material inspection, automated weighing/thickness check during production, and pre-shipment random sampling. We can provide a QC report with photos before you pay the balance.
What is the warranty policy? ▼
We offer a 5-Year Quality Warranty. If the mats crack, crumble, or fade excessively due to manufacturing defects, we will replace them for free in your next order.
