Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale of gym equipment, rubber flooring, and OEM/ODM services provided by ByFit to our global partners.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ByFit website or placing an order for our gym equipment and rubber flooring solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all international wholesale transactions, OEM/ODM contracts, and distribution agreements entered into with ByFit (Shandong, China).

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Orders & OEM/ODM Services

All orders are subject to acceptance by ByFit. A formal Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued for every confirmed order.

Customization (OEM/ODM) Policy

  • Design Approval: For custom branded equipment, clients must provide vector files (AI/EPS). Production begins only after digital proof or pre-production sample approval.
  • MOQ: Minimum Order Quantities apply for custom colors and logos. Typically 1x20GP container for mixed equipment or 500sqm for custom flooring.
  • Intellectual Property: ByFit respects client IP. Molds developed exclusively for a client will not be used for other customers without permission.

Payment Terms

Standard Terms (T/T)

30% deposit required to initiate production. The remaining 70% balance is due prior to shipment or against the copy of Bill of Lading (B/L), depending on client credit history.

Letter of Credit (L/C)

Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders exceeding $50,000 USD. All banking charges outside China are for the applicant's account.

Shipping & Delivery

Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted FOB Qingdao, China. We can arrange CIF or DDP shipments upon request.

Lead Time: Standard production time is 25-35 days after receipt of deposit. Custom OEM orders may require an additional 10-15 days for mold creation or material sourcing.

Packaging: Equipment is packed in plywood cases or heavy-duty cartons suitable for long-distance ocean freight. Rubber flooring is palletized and shrink-wrapped.

ByFit stands behind the quality of our manufacturing. We provide the following warranty coverage for commercial use:

Rotary Bearings & Pulleys

2 Years

Weight stacks, guide rods, structural moving parts

Motors & Electronics

1-2 Years

Treadmill AC motors, inverters, consoles

Rubber Flooring

3-5 Years

Against premature wear and crumbling

Free Spare Parts: We provide 1-2% free vulnerable spare parts with every container order. For warranty claims, replacement parts are shipped free of charge (shipping costs subject to negotiation based on order volume).

Quality Control

Our manufacturing process adheres to ISO 9001:2015 standards. We implement a strict quality control system:

  • Raw Material: 100% inspection of Q235B steel pipes (thickness checking) and rubber granules (toxicity testing).
  • Production: Automated robotic welding and electrostatic powder coating ensure consistency.
  • Pre-shipment: AQL 2.5 sampling standard. Every treadmill undergoes a 4-hour run test. Strength equipment undergoes load testing (3x safety factor).
  • Third-Party Inspection: We welcome inspections from SGS, TUV, or Intertek prior to shipment.

Limitation of Liability

ByFit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question. Proper installation and maintenance of gym equipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
